By using the gbd22 website and all its services, you agree to all the terms and conditions set out herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between gbd22 and each registered member.

Gbd22 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

In these Terms, "we", "us", or "gbd22" refers to the gbd22 platform and its operating entity. "You", "member", or "user" refers to the registered individual.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with gbd22:

• You must be at least 18 Years years old to register. gbd22 does not permit minors to open an account.
• Each individual is allowed only One Account per account. Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is not allowed.
• Cooperation with the verification (KYC) process is mandatory.

KYC verification typically requires a scanned copy of your National ID or passport, proof of address, and payment method details. Withdrawals above ৳10,000 will not be processed until this is completed.

Each bonus offer at gbd22 comes with its own specific terms. However, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once unless otherwise specified.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of claiming a bonus, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Certain betting markets (such as handicap 0 or two-way betting) will not count toward wagering calculations.
• Gbd22 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or restrict any promotion at any time.

Gbd22 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. General payment guidelines:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Without completed KYC verification, daily withdrawals are capped at ৳10,000.
• Gbd22 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• Once a withdrawal request has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Every deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is permitted — you cannot deposit and withdraw directly without placing a bet.

The following rules apply when placing bets on gbd22:

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳10. Maximum limits vary depending on the bet type and market.
• Single Bet: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds are subject to change during in-play betting. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.
• Opposing Bets on a Single Event: Placing bets on both sides of the same match (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Technical Errors: gbd22 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrectly displayed odds.

Gbd22 may review or temporarily suspend bets if suspicious betting patterns are detected. Members will be notified if any betting limits are changed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbd22. Any account found engaging in them will be closed immediately:

1. Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
2. Bonus Abuse: Repeatedly claiming the welcome bonus using multiple family members or addresses.
3. Money Laundering: Using gbd22 for money laundering purposes.
4. Fraud & Hacking: Exploiting system glitches, or using bots or automated betting tools.
5. Match Fixing Information: Placing bets based on insider or illegal information.
6. Using Another Member's Account: Placing bets on behalf of another person.

Gbd22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If the information provided is false or incomplete.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

Members may also request account closure by emailing support@gbd22.ws. If no violations are found, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.

Gbd22 believes betting should be a source of fun, not a source of problems. We encourage all members to bet responsibly.

The following features are available free of charge to all members on our platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Automatic betting suspension is triggered when losses exceed a set limit.
• Session Limit: Set a daily time limit for how long you spend betting.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from betting for any period between 24 hours and 5 years.
• Cooling-Off: Take a temporary break from your account for 1–30 days.

Gbd22 takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Here are the key points about how we collect and use your information:

• Your personal information is never sold or rented to third parties.
• All data is protected by internationally certified SSL encryption.
• Information is collected for service delivery, verification, and legal compliance purposes.
• Information may be disclosed when required by regulatory authorities.

Gbd22 may update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified by email or on-platform notice for significant changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may request to close your account.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact gbd22 customer support first. The support team will aim to resolve the matter within 7 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate it to gbd22's licensing authority. All disputes are handled in accordance with international arbitration procedures.
